Hola de nuevo. Soy Akicha, el perro de Papá Noel. Aquí sigo, con mi blog en la página web de Petjilton Club. Esta vez no me voy a enrollar con mis historias y os voy a dar unos consejos. Porque la jefa me ha dicho que quiere que en la web haya cosas prácticas que puedan servir a los que tienen una mascota o a los que quieren tenerla. Y como yo soy un perro obediente...
Hace unos días unos amigos se encontraron un gatito en la puerta de su casa. Tendría dos o tres meses y parecía enfermo. Como mis amigos son buena gente y como les habían prometido a sus hijos que alguna vez tendrían una mascota, recogieron al gatito y lo metieron en casa. Le dieron leche, le compraron comida y decidieron quedárselo. A los pocos días el gato estaba recuperado y parecía tan feliz con su nueva familia.
Si alguna vez os encontráis un perrito o un gatito abandonado y queréis adoptarlo, tenéis que tener en cuenta una serie de cosas. Lo primero que tenéis que hacer es llevarlo al veterinario. Esto es muy importante para ver si tiene alguna enfermedad, sobre todo si es transmisible tanto a los humanos como a otros animales. Además, lo vacunará u os dirá cuando lo tenéis que vacunar. HAY QUE VACUNAR A LAS MASCOTAS (lo pongo en mayúsculas para que no se os olvide).
Otra cosa, no obligatoria pero sí aconsejable, es castrar o esterilizar a la mascota si no tenéis pensado cruzarla. Esto hará que vivan mucho más tranquilos cuando llegue la época del celo. Que no se escapen para buscar novio, que no se hagan pis para marcar el territorio, que no maúllen toda la noche como un alma en pena... En fin, el instinto natural de los animales es aparearse. Os lo digo por experiencia. Además, la esterilización es buena para la salud y puede prolongar la esperanza de vida de las mascotas porque previene riesgos de enfermedades en el aparato genital (por ejemplo quistes ováricos o tumores mamarios en las hembras).
En casa, la mascota tiene que tener un sitio confortable para dormir, algunos juguetitos para que se entretenga y, por supuesto, un comedero y un bebedero. Si es cachorrillo no hace falta que sean grandes. Y si es un gato, una bandeja con arena para que haga sus necesidades. No os preocupéis si los primeros días están huidizos o nerviosos. Pronto se acostumbrarán y serán un miembro más de la familia. Y después empieza otra fase, que es su educación. Pero eso es otra historia para otro día.

Today, We went to your beach front along with my kids. I ran across a sea shell and ofeerfd it to my 4 year old daughter and stated You can listen to the water if you place this in your ear.
